About The Owner
Lucas Long, Owner of L2 General Contractors, brings over 22 years of experience to the construction industry. At the age of 12 he discovered his passion for construction when he jumped into a family friend’s mini excavator and started digging for their in-ground pool. From there he immersed himself in the trades, gaining hands on experience in areas such as concrete work, carpentry, and more. He transitioned into construction management after college where he led complex projects from the ground up with a deep understanding of every aspect of the building process. With over 11 years of construction management experience in both residential and commercial, Lucas has built over 50 single family homes and over 35 apartment/condo units. His love for residential construction reaches beyond the walls, it is rooted in the opportunity he has to deliver his customers a home that they will cherish, be proud of, and most importantly create lasting memories in. With a focus on great quality and unparalleled customer service, he looks forward to the opportunity to build you your forever home.
